Våra kunder finns inom Fordon, Försvarsteknik, Telecom, Medtech eller Industry-Tech
Du kommer att arbetar nära eller som del i mjukvaruutvecklande team för styrsystem, inbyggda system, funktionsutveckling, testutveckling eller CI/CD etc och hjälper dem att integrera AI där det skapar verkligt värde - i utvecklingsflödet, i verktygen, i arbetssätten.

Det innebär att du:

• Använder dina domänkunskaper - Du kan därför ställa rätt frågor, utmana rätt antaganden och se var AI faktiskt tillför värde.
• Kartlägger potentiella AI-tillämpningar 
• Utvärderar initiativ utifrån teknisk komplexitet
• Identifierar var AI effektiviserar 
• Tar fram adoptions-planer med milstolpar, beroenden och resursåtgång.
• Implementerar AI-verktyg anpassade efter sin specifika kontext
• Leder förändring - coachar team, bygger förtroende och skapar momentum där andra möter motstånd
• Är personen i rummet som vet skillnaden på vad AI kan göra i teorin - och vad som faktiskt fungerar i ett säkerhetskritiskt flöde.

Då vissa roller är delade mellan ovan uppgifter och att vara en del av teamets utvecklingsarbete är du beredd på att arbeta även med mjukvaruutveckling då det är genom djupare involvering får insikt i om vad som är möjligt att genomföra. Förändringsledning är lika viktigt som tekniken. Du förstår det.

Vem du är

• Din personlighetsstil bör vara kommunikativ, inlyssnande, analytisk och drivande.
• Du har solid bakgrund inom mjukvaruutveckling för inbyggda system och har på allvar börjat integrera AI i ditt eget och dina kollegors arbetssätt. Du förstår villkoren - deterministiska krav, minnesbegränsningar, långa verifieringscykler - och vet hur AI kan hjälpa utan att kompromissa med kvalitet eller säkerhet.
• Du är lika bekväm att diskutera systemarkitektur med en teknisk chef som att granska genererad C- eller C++-kod. Du möter människor där de är och tar dem dit de behöver komma.
• Du behöver inte ha alla svar — men du vet hur man tar reda på dem, och hur man tar andra med på resan.

Teknisk profil

• Erfarenhet av mjukvaruutveckling inom Fordon, Försvarsteknik, Telecom, Medtech eller Industry-Tech
• LLM-integration och AI-assisterad utveckling (Copilot, Cursor eller motsvarande)  gärna i hårdvarunära kontext
• Förståelse för säkerhetskritiska flöden: testning, verifiering, certifiering
• RAG-arkitekturer, agentbaserade system och prompt engineering
• Starka grunder inom mjukvaruutveckling — arkitektur, testning, CI/CD
• C- eller C++-kod. Oavsett i hårdvarunära eller funktions orienterad kontext
• Molnplattformar såsom Azure, AWS eller GCP

In this role, you will be employed as a consultant at Mpya Sci & Tech. We work with customers across industries from Medtech and Automotive to Industrial Tech, scaleups and startups. Our customers are data-driven and rely on solid data infrastructure to power everything from machine learning pipelines and IoT analytics to real-time decision systems.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Designing, building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data infrastructure

- Working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks or Azure Data Factory

Skills and experience we're looking for:

- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role

- Strong skills in Python and SQL

About the Role

As a Diagnostics Design & Verification Engineer you will play a key role in shaping system reliability, safety, and serviceability throughout the product lifecycle. In this role, you will collaborate closely with system architects, embedded engineers, and product owners to design, implement, and verify state‑of‑the‑art diagnostic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system architectures to identify failure modes and diagnostic needs.
• Define diagnostic concepts, monitoring strategies, and mitigation mechanisms.
• Develop detailed system and software diagnostic requirements in accordance with ASPICE (SYS/SWE).
• Structure, configure, and maintain DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) and UDS services.
• Ensure compliance with key automotive standards: ISO 14229, SAE J2012, SAE 1979.
• Design, implement, and execute diagnostic test cases for embedded systems.
• Specify datapoints for backend analytics, predictive maintenance, and fleet insights.
• Maintain diagnostic databases for manufacturing and aftermarket stakeholders.
• Monitor and support the execution of the organization’s test strategy.
• Perform hands‑on vehicle and rig testing, including fault injection.
• Conduct system‑level verification to ensure diagnostic performance meets requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working as a System Design Engineer, collaborating closely with electrical engineers, product owners, and cross‑functional teams.
• Deep understanding of embedded systems and their lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with embedded software and hardware design.
• Strong knowledge of automotive communication protocols: CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS, XCP.
• Experience with HIL (Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop) testing environments.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze code.
• Practical experience with vehicle and test‑rig diagnostics and measurement.
• Proficiency with tools such as Python, Excel, Wireshark, DLT Viewer.
• Familiarity with Linux/WSL environments.
• Valid Swedish B‑category driving license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AUTOSAR and POSIX-based environments.
• Knowledge of aftermarket onboard diagnostics and service‑oriented tooling.
• Understanding of emission‑related monitor design and OBD legislation.
• Background in system architecture development and/or project management.

About the Role

We are now looking for a Driver Simulation Engineer with strong experience in open‑standard driving simulation to support one of our automotive customers.

You will work close to ADAS and autonomous driving development teams, focusing on virtual testing, scenario creation, and simulation integration using ASAM Open Standards. The work spans from scenario design to tool integration and automation, often in complex simulation environments.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain simulation environment and scenarios using
• ASAM OpenDRIVE, OpenSCENARIO, and OpenCRG etc.
• Build and execute virtual driving scenarios for ADAS and automated driving validation
• Implement supporting tooling and automation in Python and C++
• Integrate simulation environments via ASAM OSI (Open Simulation Interface)
• Support Driver‑in‑the‑Loop (DIL) and Software‑in‑the‑Loop (SIL) setups
• Collaborate with perception, vehicle dynamics, and system engineers
• Analyze simulation results and contribute to improved test coverage and realism

Who You Are

You enjoy working close to both software and vehicle behavior, and you value clean, reusable solutions built on open standards.

We believe you have:

• Experience within automotive simulation or virtual vehicle testing
• Hands‑on knowledge of ASAM Open Standards, especially:

What you will do

• Erfarenhet av produktutveckling eller tekniskt utvecklingsarbete
• Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och ta tekniskt ägarskap över utvecklingsuppgifter
• Goda kunskaper i svenska är starkt meriterande
