Assignment description

Our customer is running the world’s first fully automated electrode production line in Norway producing 500 MW of electrodes. The hydrogen market is developing rapidly, our customer is increasing its capacity to meet the needs. They are currently building their second production line of 500MW and are planning to expand even further to become the market leader in producing electrodes.


Next step is to industrialize a new technology of electrolyzer and therefore we are looking for a Senior Technical Lead within Assembly - a project manager who is a safe and strong driver of technical solutions and experienced in taking ownership for a production assemly solution.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled person with a background in Automotive Industry (Assembly) or similar to support the growth. The position reports to the Manufacturing Expansion Director and will be localized approx. 3 days/week in Porsgrunn/Norway and 2 days from our Mpya office in Göteborg or your home office.


Tasks and responsibilities

The main tasks are

  • industrialization of an automated injection moulding cell.
  • Automated sprue cutting cell
  • Assembly of an endplate (Automated)
  • Automated steel frame welding assembly cell
  • Lead the design, commissioning and validation of automated mould cell in collaboration with equipment suppliers and internal team.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Both in Porsgrunn but also in our development center in Notodden.


Ensure supplier compliance with:

  • Equipment specifications
  • Robust engineering solutions
  • High HSE standards
  • Targeted quality levels
  • Schedule
  • Cost


Follow up on:

  • Supplier quotations and contribute to negotiations with procurement
  • Project schedules and milestones
  • Quality assurance
  • Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT)


Qualifications and Experience

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience
  • Automotive or high-volume manufacturing (short cycle times, robust processes)
  • Solid multidisciplinary technical understanding across industries
  • Hands-on experience from automated production environments using robots, including quality assurance


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with:
  • Robotic automation
  • Moulding cell automation


Other competencies and personal skills

  • Structured and detailed focused
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
  • Comfortable with a wide variety of technical discussions, both internally and externally

About the Role

As a Diagnostics Design & Verification Engineer you will play a key role in shaping system reliability, safety, and serviceability throughout the product lifecycle. In this role, you will collaborate closely with system architects, embedded engineers, and product owners to design, implement, and verify state‑of‑the‑art diagnostic solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze system architectures to identify failure modes and diagnostic needs.
  • Define diagnostic concepts, monitoring strategies, and mitigation mechanisms.
  • Develop detailed system and software diagnostic requirements in accordance with ASPICE (SYS/SWE).
  • Structure, configure, and maintain DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) and UDS services.
  • Ensure compliance with key automotive standards: ISO 14229, SAE J2012, SAE 1979.
  • Design, implement, and execute diagnostic test cases for embedded systems.
  • Specify datapoints for backend analytics, predictive maintenance, and fleet insights.
  • Maintain diagnostic databases for manufacturing and aftermarket stakeholders.
  • Monitor and support the execution of the organization’s test strategy.
  • Perform hands‑on vehicle and rig testing, including fault injection.
  • Conduct system‑level verification to ensure diagnostic performance meets requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working as a System Design Engineer, collaborating closely with electrical engineers, product owners, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of embedded systems and their lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with embedded software and hardware design.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive communication protocols: CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS, XCP.
  • Experience with HIL (Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop) testing environments.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze code.
  • Practical experience with vehicle and test‑rig diagnostics and measurement.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Python, Excel, Wireshark, DLT Viewer.
  • Familiarity with Linux/WSL environments.
  • Valid Swedish B‑category driving license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with AUTOSAR and POSIX-based environments.
  • Knowledge of aftermarket onboard diagnostics and service‑oriented tooling.
  • Understanding of emission‑related monitor design and OBD legislation.
  • Background in system architecture development and/or project management.

About the Role

We are now looking for a Driver Simulation Engineer with strong experience in open‑standard driving simulation to support one of our automotive customers.

You will work close to ADAS and autonomous driving development teams, focusing on virtual testing, scenario creation, and simulation integration using ASAM Open Standards. The work spans from scenario design to tool integration and automation, often in complex simulation environments.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain simulation environment and scenarios using
  • ASAM OpenDRIVE, OpenSCENARIO, and OpenCRG etc.
  • Build and execute virtual driving scenarios for ADAS and automated driving validation
  • Implement supporting tooling and automation in Python and C++
  • Integrate simulation environments via ASAM OSI (Open Simulation Interface)
  • Support Driver‑in‑the‑Loop (DIL) and Software‑in‑the‑Loop (SIL) setups
  • Collaborate with perception, vehicle dynamics, and system engineers
  • Analyze simulation results and contribute to improved test coverage and realism

Who You Are

You enjoy working close to both software and vehicle behavior, and you value clean, reusable solutions built on open standards.

We believe you have:

  • Experience within automotive simulation or virtual vehicle testing
  • Hands‑on knowledge of ASAM Open Standards, especially:
  • OpenDRIVE & OpenSCENARIO
  • Strong programming skills in Python and C++
  • Experience working in Linux‑based development environments
  • The ability to collaborate in cross‑functional teams

Nice if you are familiar with:

  • Driving simulators and co‑simulation frameworks such as CARLA, IPG CarMaker, dSPACE VEOS/ASM, SCANeR, or similar tools
  • Driver‑in‑the‑Loop (DIL) or Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop (HIL)
  • Unreal Engine–based simulators (e.g. CARLA, AirSim)
  • Sensor simulation (camera, radar, lidar)
  • Knowledge of ADAS or autonomous driving system validation

What you will do
As a Software Engineer at Rebl you help build the technical foundation for the next generation of robotic coworkers in warehouse and logistics environments. You work on the development of our core systems and applications, in close collaboration with our automation engineers and AI specialists. Your work spans backend, frontend, algorithms, AI models and integrations with our automation platform. You contribute to both new development and support while taking an active part in the ongoing evolution of our products.

What we’re looking for 
We are looking for several developers and believe in the combination of different competences and experience, specialists and generalists alike. You bring some of the following experience to the team:

  • A university degree, BSc or MSc, in computer science, software engineering, mechatronics or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in software engineering within a relevant industry.
  • Proven experience with designing, developing and maintaining backend and/or frontend applications using C#, Python, C++ and Typescript.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines in GitHub and are comfortable with application containerization.
  • Experience in digital twins solutions and IoT frameworks.
  • Proficiency developing REST APIs, database structures and integrations between systems.
  • Experience with 3D engines, building visualization applications.
  • Familiarity with working on algorithms and AI modules for motion planning, object recognition and classification.
  • Experience building, training and integrating AI models such as SAM and SAM2 for vision and automation use cases.
  • You have developed annotation tools along with training and classification strategies for neural networks.
  • Fluency in Swedish, both in speech and written text.

What you will do

Nu söker vi en elingenjör som vill ta en central roll i utvecklingen av våra elektromagnetiska pumpar. Du blir en del av en tekniskt avancerad miljö där utveckling och produktion arbetar nära varandra. Rollen innebär ett stort tekniskt ansvar och möjlighet att arbeta genom hela utvecklingskedjan, från idé och konstruktion till testning och färdig produkt.   • Utveckla och vidareutveckla elektromagnetiska pumpar

 Är detta du?
Du är en person som trivs i en teknisk miljö där du får ta ansvar och driva arbetet framåt. Du arbetar strukturerat, är självgående i ditt arbete och har en stark teknisk nyfikenhet. Samtidigt uppskattar du att samarbeta med andra och delar gärna kunskap och idéer med kollegor inom olika teknikområden. Du är kommunikativ och har lätt för att diskutera tekniska lösningar med både kollegor och andra funktioner i organisationen. Vi tror också att du har en stabil teknisk grund och erfarenhet från arbete med elektromagnetiska system eller elmaskiner. Du har:

  • Teknisk högskole- eller civilingenjörsutbildning inom elkraftteknik, elektronik, fysik, elmaskiner eller motsvarande
  • God kunskap inom elmaskiner, elektromagnetism och kraftelektronik
  • Cirka 5–10 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet inom områden kopplade till elmaskiner, elektromagnetiska system eller liknande teknik
  • Erfarenhet av produktutveckling eller tekniskt utvecklingsarbete
  • Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och ta tekniskt ägarskap över utvecklingsuppgifter
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska är starkt meriterande

Erfarenhet från industrimiljöer där elmaskiner eller elektromagnetiska system används, till exempel inom motorutveckling, kraftöverföring, vindkraft eller liknande områden, är särskilt relevant för rollen.
