Join Mediplast in Malmö as an International Product Manager and step into a key role that combines both strategic and operational responsibilities. In this position, you will actively manage the Medical Device and Surgical Equipment portfolio, ensuring product quality, compliance, and alignment with market needs. Your main responsibilities will include planning and optimizing the portfolio while setting and tracking long-term strategies. This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager at Mediplast, offering an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a leading organization in the MedTech sector.
Main tasks & responsibilities
About you
To be successful in this role, you should be both business- and results-oriented, working closely with our Tender and Sales teams to drive commercial growth. Your strong strategic and operational skills will be complemented by an ability to build robust relationships with colleagues across teams and countries. While you will thrive in an independent role, managing your own projects related to the portfolio, your excellent communication and collaboration skills will be essential. Managing supplier relationships will be second nature to you, and your expertise in regulatory compliance and public procurement will set you apart.
For this role, we are looking for someone with proven experience in Product Management, Key Account Management, or another similar commercial role within the MedTech industry. Fluency in Swedish or Danish and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Some travel is included in the role.
