Medical X-ray diagnostics is a very powerful technology. Therefore, the equipment must regularly be quality assured (QA). RTI develops and sells the most advanced hardware and software solutions for QA of medical X-ray diagnostics. Our mission is to let people benefit from medical X-ray safely. Join our headquarter in Gothenburg as our new Product Manager Software and play a key role in shaping the next generation of digital X-ray QA tools across desktop, mobile, and cloud platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product lifecycle for our digital X-ray QA solutions, leading development across desktop, mobile, and cloud environments.
  • Define the product vision and roadmap, collaborating closely with R&D, UX/UI, QA, and Customer Solutions team.
  • Drive market and customer research to identify strategic opportunities and translate insights into a clear, data-driven software roadmap.
  • Turn customer needs and clinical use cases into detailed product requirements and specifications.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog across cloud, app, and software features.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to build strong go-to-market strategies, positioning, and training assets.
  • Work with UI/UX designers to shape intuitive user experiences aligned with objectives
  • Engage directly with key accounts, ensuring deep understanding of customer needs and steering strategic projects that support long-term goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of experience in global product management, preferably in health tech, medical devices, software, cloud, or SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with product management best practices, agile development (Scrum), and collaboration tools such as JIRA.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, apps, SaaS, or a software design background is highly beneficial
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in Swedish is preferred.
  • Ability to travel approximately once a month, primarily within Europe.
